Founded in 2018, the Brewers Guild of New Jersey (BGNJ) is the premier trade association for the state’s craft brewing industry. Representing 65+ members, the Guild provides a unified voice in Trenton and beyond, advocating for the growth and protection of independent breweries throughout the Beer Garden State. Our Brewery Members positively stimulate local economies and have earned national recognition for their critically-acclaimed beers.

Executive Director
Brie Devlin
With over seven years of experience in food, beverage, and hospitality marketing, Brie brings a rare combination of hands-on brewery knowledge and strategic leadership to the role. Before joining the BGNJ, Brie spent nearly eight years at Czig Meister Brewing Company in Hackettstown, NJ, growing from Taproom Manager to Marketing Manager. There, she developed brand and digital strategies that drove measurable growth, while constantly adapting to the craft beverage market. She also founded Something Good Marketing, a boutique consultancy serving food, beverage, and lifestyle brands as a fractional marketing director.
Government Affairs Counsel
Eric Orlando, The Zita Group
in 2023, Eric led the state craft brewing industry’s successful government affairs and strategic communications efforts to end state-imposed license restrictions through the signing of Public Law 2023, Chapter 290. In recognition of this achievement on behalf of the state’s craft beer industry, Eric was awarded the 2024 Brewers Association F.X. Matt Defense of the Industry Award.
